Introducing the all new Michelin Agilis 3, the latest commercial light truck tyre from Michelin with market-leading technologies to deliver safer, longer and fuel-efficient performance from the first to the last mile.

Unveiled to ASEAN markets during its recent virtual launch event, the new Agilis 3 showcases Michelin’s continued drive to meet the demands of road and urban transport professionals seeking to optimize tyre costs and safety throughout their service life. 

 

 

1. Better Wet Grip
   The Michelin Agilis 3’s more ‘vertical’ U-shape grooves increase void ratio by 2mm to allow more water clearance while full depth sipes ensure good tread block flexibility for better wet grip both when new and when worn.
   
   When compared to competitor brands in external tests, the new Agilis 3 achieves up to 5% shorter wet braking when new and up to 11% shorter wet braking when worn. 
    
2. Increased Fuel Savings
   The Michelin Agilis 3 features stone ejectors with horizontal bars in the tread groove that resist stone trapping to minimize down time and under tread that keeps operating temperature cooler to reduce fuel costs.
   
   When compared to competitor brands in external tests, the new Agilis 3 achieves 12% superior rolling resistance, 90ml/100km less fuel consumption and 228g/100km less CO2 emission.
    
3. ​Longer Tyre Mileage
   The Michelin Agilis 3’s abrasion-resistant sidewall shields add kerbing protection without compromising casing flexibility and its innovative polymer allows higher density of silica and carbon black materials to improve wet grip, fuel savings and mileage performance.
   
   Based on internal tests, the new Agilis 3 achieves 25% more mileage compared to the previous generation.
